Like everyone, we spent Wednesday Trick-or-Treating and enjoying the spookiness of the day. Noah woke up asking for a Scooby Doo movie and repeatedly asking when we were going to go get some candy.
Last year he was still a bit too little to understand the concept of Trick-or-Treating, but this year he had it down. He knew that saying “Trick or Treat” at someones door equaled a handful of candy for him to take home and snack on.
As expected, the weather turned on us here in Kodiak and we ended up with freezing temperatures and snowfall. But, it didn’t slow him down.
We walked all over the neighborhoods and came home to enjoy candy and goodies. After over an hour of walking at nearly 37 weeks pregnant, this mama sure was tired. But, his excitement and goofy little grin made it worth it. Having kids makes every holiday more fun, doesn’t it?
Coming over from Click It Up…I love all these photos. I am a huge Batman fan for one, but also a lover of some expert photography and your pictures are gorgeous. I love the one you chose for the contest. I like to see different perspectives rather than the usual in your face staged photos. You did an excellent job on all of them. It is definitely an asset to have beautiful photos not only for others, but of your family too.
They just make the whole costume, right?! Can you believe that in a place where it snows all winter and is cold for 70% of the year, that I couldn’t find a single pair of black gloves for him?!

Wow you are a trooper momma!
These are great pics of your big boy… it reminded me of the time my son dressed up as Robin and my husband as Batman.

Gorgeous photos as always and yay you for making it through all that walking.
Haha. Thanks! Needless to say I’ve been regretting that long walk since then. Well, my back is at least. 🙂
I love the perspective on that last shot. What an adorable Batman!
Thank you! I think that shot turned out to be my favorite from the entire night.
Awesome Batman costume!
Love the last shot.
Thank you! He was super impressed with his muscle mass in that outfit. 🙂
