I am a “quick and easy” kind of girl. I like frozen foods that I can whip up for supper. I like Pillsbury and Duncan Hines for making my baking needs speedy and painless. I love that cell phones have twitter, facebook, and internet on them for easy access to things I “need” to know. […]

I was reading over my blog yesterday and realized that I haven’t done a post about Noah in a while. An Epic Failure for the Mom Blogger. Isn’t that why it’s called a “Mom Blog” so we can talk, rant and brag about our child(ren)? So today, I’m going to do just that. I’m going […]

This morning, I am full of deep thoughts and questions to ponder. Some of these I have already approached my pastor about and receieved his explanation, but I thought, just for fun that I would give all of you some Spiritual Brain Food this morning. {Don’t worry, if this post bores you I have something […]

You’ve never felt this way have you? Like you have 10 million things going on at one time? Like you are being pulled in 100 different directions? Like you just can’t seem to get a grip on things no matter how hard you try? Yeah. Me either. Not. If I’ve learned anything in the past […]

My actual “New Years” that is. If you are like me, I like to start things on Monday. Something about it being the beginning of a new week or something. And since New Years was on a Friday this year, I am waiting until tomorrow to actually start my resolutions. The fact that my in-laws […]

Hello 2010…Where did you come from?

I’ll be honest with you. I have often felt like the “black sheep” in my family. And, if I were to be honest with myself, with most everyone else as well. Not in the sense that I am a criminal or that I am “bad” {as is the ‘technical’ black sheep definition}, but just in […]

Good Morning Everyone! I hope this morning’s post finds you well rested from the busyness of the Christmas Holiday. Christmas here in Florida went well, if you don’t count the fact that I spent all Christmas Eve & 90% of Christmas Day overcoming that nasty stomach bug going around. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful time […]
