  1. dude, letting go of that pressure to blog every. freaking. day. has been the best thing i’ve ever done for my sanity. but that goes along with quitting top baby blogs where i felt like i needed to blog daily to get a daily vote… and since leaving TBB my traffic has significantly dropped. but i dooonnn’t care {that much}… i have taken back over my own life!

Love this! I’ve been blogging since 2005 and I blog for me. I had moments when I wanted followers, comments, and thought I needed a niche…I got over it!

  3. Kimberly says:

All great tips! I don’t think I have a niche either and I kind of prefer it that way. As for the numbers? Forget about them! Once you worry about it you take the fun out of blogging.

  4. Sherry says:

Thanks for this wonderful list. My blog began as a niche blog that received little to no attention so I couldn’t agree with you more. It’s more interesting if you mix it up a bit. This list was full of great advice:)
