I’m so excited that I actually had a chance to sit down and READ (and comment) on so many blogs this week. I really miss the interaction and the creative energy flow when I miss out on some of your posts. You guys always spark new ideas for my own posts, and so often I walk away (or click away, that is) from your sites feeling inspired and entertained. Anywho. Check these fabulous posts out. All worth a read (otherwise they wouldn’t be included here, right?!)
Back to Life, Back to Reality by Robin @ Farewell, Stranger: There have been an insane amount of blogs written lately all about the struggles of finding balance when you’re working (whether from home or outside of home) and being a parent. Mommy Guilt is the worst. And I’m pretty sure that Robin took a peek inside my daily life and wrote this post. Because she honestly described everything I’ve been battling lately in this post. Everything.
Lessons from my Children by Rachel @ Mommy Needs a Vacation: I am pretty sure Rachel snuck into my house, followed me (and my kiddo) around all day before writing this post. She is SPOT. ON. with her description of life with little people. The whining, the begging, the whining some more…you guys get it.
Blogger vs. Globber by Lindsey @ Campfire Song: I had to include this post because it went along so well with Wednesday’s Post on being judged by other mommy’s. We’re all entitled to our own opinions and ways of doing things, but in the end, no ONE person is right (or wrong).
Reflective Mama {hold me} by Jenny on the Spot: Ahem. So I might have cried reading this at almost midnight Wednesday night [when I said I was going to bed and then saw this post tweeted so I had to stop and read it]. These past few weeks have been hard. Crazy hard. For me as a mom, and I’m assuming for little man. He’s practically three (less than two months from it) and we’re hitting that stage. I found myself thinking the other day how happy I will be when he spends some time in pre-school and I get a break from all of the whining during the day. Then I read this. And I’m changing my mind.
Five Foolproof Ways to Win at Bloggingby Yuliya @ She Suggests: Umm. Yes. This. Hilarious. And so true. If only I knew three years ago when I started this journey, what I know now…I’d be giving Ree a run for her money. Or not….
And because I know that you guys don’t want to have missed out on any my posts this week, be sure to check these out:
Should I Forget: An intimate and personal post about some of my most precious memories…things I’ll never want to forget and always hope to remember.
I was also a Guest Blogger this week for Melissa @ Hi, Baby. She just got married and I didn’t even know my guest post had gone up until yesterday. So make sure you check it out. It’s all about marriage. And how Disney’s Got it All Wrong…
Everyone always seems to enjoy this feature. It’s a good way to meet and spotlight new (and old) bloggers that I love. Hope you guys have a great holiday!

Thanks Jessica! Looks like we have a lot of the same blogs in our reader. 🙂 Hope you had a great weekend!

Great reads! I can related to Robin’s. Finding balance is HARD. And Yuliya’s post was hilarious!
Right? I loved her post. She totally had me cracking up. And yes. Parenting and balance is so, so hard! I wonder if I will ever figure it out.
Thanks for adding me to your list! I am pretty proud of that one.
LOVED your post! So happy to include it!
Thanks, Courtney! I’m sorry you relate to that post, but I’m sorta glad I’m not the only one. 😉
You’re so welcome! You are definitely not the only one battling this. Hopefully things get easier for both of us, soon!
I need to do a spotlight saturday I think! It’s such a great way to feature your favorite reads! Love this idea. Thanks for sharing your favorites.
