Snow! It’s so pretty! I really can’t imagine living someplace with that much snow this early in the season. But I know y’all are loving it right now! And lovely, lovely pictures! So pretty!

    • Courtney Kirkland says:

I’m sure that in three years when we leave here, I will be sick to death of the snow. But even now that we are starting our second winter here, I’m as excited as the kids are when I see it snowing outside…sitting here all antsy praying that it sticks to the ground. 🙂 Now…having to go and buy new snow tires for a little less than a $1000? ThatI’m not excited about. LOL

  2. Jessica says:

We got a tiny bit of snow a few weeks ago. Nothing to play in but it was a sign winter is quickly approaching. Brrr.

    • Courtney Kirkland says:

Brrr is right! The highs around here this week are between 25-30. I’ll be sipping hot chocolate and snuggling up under the blankets all week.

  3. Lizzi S. says:

There’s nothing like a play day in the snow. Fun times!

    • Courtney Kirkland says:

Absolutely! 🙂 We never had them growing up, so we make the most of them with the little guy while we’re here!

  4. Ashley Sisk says:

I’m going to live vicariously through you – we rarely get snow days here. And when we do…everything closes down. Love the photos.

  5. Courtney says:

Glad you are enjoying the cold and snow. It’s currently 72 degrees here in Memphis and I couldn’t be happier. 🙂 Looks like you guys had fun!

  6. Galit Breen says:

Your snowman is adorable, your photos are stunning and as a Minnesotan who crosses her fingers for NO SNOW- I admire and am in awe ofyour excitement!

    • Courtney Kirkland says:

Haha. I bet if you moved down South for a little while and dealt with the sweltering heat and humidity that snow would be right up your alley! 🙂
