Breaking News…
{Other than my family} my passion and joy in life comes from writing. Be it here with you on a blog or in my own private journals. I have always loved to write. I’ve been told by many that I seem to have a “gift” for it, one that I believe has been granted to me by God alone and one that I want nothing more than to use to glorify him. My lifes dream is to write and publish novels. To walk in a bookstore and see my name and my book sitting on the shelf. To see my name floating around the “New York Times” Best-seller list. Maybe even, hopefully, have a book adapted into a major film [Think Nicholas Sparks type of success.] Maybe it’s far-fetched. Maybe it will never happen. But today, I am taking one step closer to achieving that goal.
About a week ago I received an email from someone who had happened to stumble across a post where I was talking about wanting to write. We started talking via email, and it turns out she has a website and a newsletter targetted at Christian women. Long story short, she has asked me to become one of her writers!!!! That’s right. Yours truly will now be listed as an author on Inner Fulfillment, a wonderful and beautifully created website targetting Christian women on all areas and aspects of life; with an emphasis on becoming the kind of woman God has called you to be.
I can not explain to you how overjoyed I am for the opportunity. My first post will go up tomorrow morning. I’m using a blog previously posted here, but I won’t tell you which one. You’re going to have to go find out for yourself. 🙂 I want to encourage you all to go check out the site, and the sites of the other writers. They are truly amazing, Godly, humble women with a voice and passion for the Lord’swork. I am so honored to have been chosen for this.
Also, I am currently doing my very FIRST blog design for another reader who stumbled across my site. I will also be doing TWO guest posts on her blog. When we get everything up and running, I will let you know because she has some wonderful ideas to share with you. It’s going to be a FANTASTIC site! I can’t wait to share it with all of you.
God is so good, isn’t he? I love how he is always, always at work. Even when we don’t think he is. Even when we don’t deserve it. Hope you all have a glorious night!
