Feature Friday…err, Sunday…

Yeah. I’m a little bit late this week. You’ll have to forgive me. The husband has been off work; we’ve been finishing up some unpacking, and though I’ve made notes on who I’m featuring this week, I just haven’t gotten around to adding it. Oops. 🙂 So…since I’ve left you hanging long enough [because I know you are all just dying to know who’s being featured this week], here you go!

• Surviving Daycare by Laura @ Mommy Miracles: Okay. I admit it. I cried like a big, fat baby when I read this. Why? Because I’m getting ready to deal with the exact same thing: letting my sweet little baby go to “big boy school” for the first time. Little Man starts daycare soon…and I’m beside myself with wonder at how on EARTH I’m going to let him go.
• Photoshop is an enhancement tool by Darcy @ My 3 Boybarians: I loved this post because, being someone who loooooooves Photoshop [and photo editing in general], non-photography related people seem to think that a great photo is created with Photoshop…that you can take a really crappy picture, and suddenly make it okay in PS. Not. True.
• A Life of Purpose by Ashley @ Ramblings and Photo’s: I loved this post. Absolutely loved it. Maybe it’s because she’s so honest. Maybe it’s because she really laid it out there and spoke from her heart. Or maybe it was because I’ve been there and felt what she’s feeling. Really good stuff…
• Hot Guys Shouldn’t by Modern Mom @ How to Survive Life in the Suburbs: This post had me rolling! I cracked up and found myself shaking my head profusely! There was absolutely nothing on this list that I didn’t agree with. Hot guys definitely shouldn’t…well, you just have to go read it.
• Important vs. Urgent by Courtney @ Click it up a Notch: I just discovered this blog this week, but I’m loving it so far. Aside from being a photographer, she’s a military wife as well. This post was dead on…finding balance and remembering what really and truly matters is something I think we all struggle with. This was a reminder as to what is REALLY important.

• Making Passion a Priority a Guest post by Keara on Reflections of Something: I loved this post because of it’s importance. It’s right alongside of what my own personal mission is here on my blog, and I love it when I hear of other’s who try to put themselves first—at least some of the time. It’s so, so important to give ourselves "quality time” to hone our skills and achieve our personal dreams and goals.
