It IS really hard to find balance. I’m still working on it! Especially since I love to take on way more than one person could possibly handle without going crazy!

  2. Maris King says:

I agree with you about this. In every cant’s theres a can. There is actually a lesson that would precisely reflect us as a person. Thank you so much for sharing those inspiring thoughts.

  3. Barbie says:

It’s so hard to find balance! You do so much and now it’s time to rest!

  4. Other wives and mothers and homemakers who tell you that you SHOULD be doing something aren’t worth listening to. You are – listen to yourself. xo

  5. Colleen says:

I love that quote! I’ve got to remind myself of that regularly, too!

  6. Margaret says:

    and….RTR!

  7. Margaret says:

Can I just suggest that you read what you have written every morning? So much wisdom in that – and it really takes some struggling to get to that point. Good for you!

  8. Jenn says:

Wow, I can so relate to this post! My biggest struggle is the balance. I’m home with three kids – 2 are in school, one is a toddler. I have my days scheduled down to the minute because I have to squeeze in as much work time as I can, but I still want to be present and available for my family.

So yeah, my housekeeping and cooking skills have suffered as a result, but I’m okay with that (for the most part). I keep telling myself that one day, when my business is HUGE, I’ll be able to hire a housekeeper/cook and then life will be perfect! 🙂

  9. Anna says:

So true! I hate the ‘shoulds’.

  10. Alison says:

That you even do that much? Is amazing. I’m glad you recognize that.
