I did bad because I forgot to take a picture of this yummy snack. I ate them all (literally, me. I ate them. All of them. Ha!) These are really, really simple and quite delish! The recipe is in Josh’s grandmother’s cookbook…old school yummy. Enjoy!

You Will Need:
2 cups of Sugar
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 cup of Milk
4 Tablespoons of Cocoa
2 cups of uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup of Pecans (chopped)
1/2 cup of Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons of Vanilla

Bring sugar, milk, butter and cocoas to rolling boil. Boil 1-1 1/2 minutes and add the remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Dip by desired spoonfulls onto wax paper and let cool (if you can wait that long before you eat them. Which I can’t.)
