A Playtime Poem

When the skies are overcast and gray

And the snow decides to fall and stay…

We stay inside the house, you see…

Just the little guy, Thomas and me.

We play with cars, we play with trains

We play with blocks and we fly airplanes.

We laugh and squeal and giggle and shout.

Isn’t that what being a kids about?

Playtime lasts, but never long enough…

And telling him to stop is always tough.
